Children’s Care Council (CCC) was created by co-founders of RASBiz, Inc. as a way to operate RASBiz, Inc.’s not-for-profit philanthropic arm. The basic concept is to provide a built-in resource for all of RASBiz, Inc.’s businesses to give back to the local community. CCC is based in Sevierville, Tennessee & chapters are set up in conjunction with every Is Your Vacation City franchise location & are also available for interested parties to set up anywhere. Dedicated to assisting children’s needs by providing support to established local child/family organizations that receive less than 50% of operational costs from any government. Also operate local children’s food pantries & educational programs for students. Chapters each have their own board steering them, set up with local residents, and must follow strict bylaws, polices & procedures set up by the organization. Members from every chapter make up the Children’s Care Council board, which meet quarterly via teleconference to review each chapters “Financial Donation & Sales Quarterly Statement”, vote on how to distribute each chapters monies & do so. Chapters are not allowed to have any expenses. Chapter members are not allowed to draw any income, all workers must be volunteers and 100% of all monies raised must go directly to each chapters missions. All of RASBiz, Inc.’s businesses either donate time, materials &/or a percentage of their profits to CCC. All of RASBiz, Inc.’s businesses also work together to produce each chapters fundraising calendars. CCC is planning to create an exclusive nationwide calendar paired with a fundraising music CD/download featuring 12 songs, with each song matching a nationally known event or theme for each month in the calendar. Excellent Publishing is a publishing company that publishes tourism focused websites, print newspapers & social media platforms. Publisher & advertising sales force of Is Your Vacation City & city specific versions websites & print newspapers, in conjunction with publication & wholesaling of area souvenir calendars, maps & fundraiser calendars for Children’s Care Council chapters. They are the exclusive publisher for all of RASBiz, Inc.’s businesses & Is Your Vacation City franchises. They also perform publishing & graphic artwork for businesses & the general public & offers customizable calendar online sales.

Handmade Crafts Store is an online store business that markets, sells & acts as an online business manager for artisans nationwide via Handmade Crafts Store’s Crafter’s Sales Program. They offer member products online & in person at crafts shows & exhibits. They also co-sponsor annual Children’s Crafting Workshop with select CCC chapters in March.
Is Your Vacation City
Is Your Vacation City is a business & a brand, published by Excellent Publishing, that provides travelers & visitors travel tips, vacation tips & travel related articles via social media platforms. Produces quarterly; updated geo-websites, some with print newspapers, focused on special geo-based areas. RASBiz, Inc. owned franchise locations in Tennessee include; Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Great Smoky Mountains, Knoxville, Greeneville, Chattanooga, Nashville & Atlanta in Georgia. They also offer turn key franchises for geo-specific locations to the general public & businesses. Multi-Distribution Service is a distribution service company specializing in media distribution following assigned routes & schedules. They are the exclusive distribution company for all of RASBiz, Inc.’s businesses & print media for all Is Your Vacation City franchises. They perform contracted, recurring distribution services for businesses in areas where Is Your Vacation City has print publications.

Prestige Printing is a full service printing & binding service company. They are the exclusive printer for all of RASBiz, Inc.’s businesses. They perform printing & binding services for businesses & the general public.
I Want a Business Now
I Want a Business Now is a business incubator program specializing in new business start-ups. Contracts are made with individuals to provide capital, research, set up, launch, marketing, complete operations, sales and finances to launch and operate new businesses. They are focused on non-traditional retail, service or labor based businesses with low overhead & contracts run annually, with individual slowly taking over various aspects of business management & operations, thus reducing RASBiz, Inc.’s involvement over time. RASBiz, Inc. retains the initial ownerships, including all legal & financial control, collecting a percentage of sales and monthly operational costs until individual repays 50% of start-up expenses, at which time a new contract is drawn up as a 50-50 partnership. Individuals can take over the business operations completely after the first year and take complete ownership after all owed monies are repaid. All of RASBiz, Inc’s businesses are contracted exclusively to provide services for the businesses at discounted rates. After completion of the program, the individual is under contract to continue using all of RASBiz, Inc.’s companies for 6 more months, at a very deep discount, after notice is given to drop a service (example: printing) or individual take 100% ownership or control.
Homemade Foods Store
Homemade Foods Store is a homemade foods online store business that markets, sells & acts as an online business manager for individual food makers or small non retail food businesses nationwide via Homemade Foods Store’s Food Maker’s Sales Program. Working in tangent with Handmade Crafts Store they offer member's products online & in person at food shows & exhibits. They also co-sponsor the annual Children’s Cooking Workshop with select CCC chapters in September.

What they found either was priced to high (they try to keep prices low) or just did not meet their requirements, so RASBiz, Inc. decided to form its own fulfillment company, but in a way that provided much more than the standard services usually offered. Now we process all RASBiz, Inc.'s sales as well as hold processing agreements with other people and companies.
